UnJailbreak iPhone Touch
If you have come to the conclusion that the high-flying jailbreak lifestyle is not for you. . . or managed to screw up your device software enough that you want to switch back, don’t worry even a tad.

I might add, it is also wise to un-jailbreak your device pending a visit to the Apple store (for the warranties!)
All you need is your device’s latest firmware file, which can be found here.
This time, backing up is not an option; a clean restore will wipe everything from your device so make sure you backup all your apps, pics, music, and vids to your computer before un-jailbreaking.
1. Open iTunes and plug your doomed device in
2. Shift-click (Windows) or Option-click (Mac) the “Restore” button in your iTunes device summary page. Browse to the firmware you’ve downloaded, and restore.
3. After this is completed, iTunes will ask if you want to restore the device. After restoring . . . the lifestyle choice is upon you once again. . .chose wisely pirate.
